Yes. Free includes 2 members, 2 projects, 10 AI credits a month and 5 GB of storage — no time limit and no credit card. Upgrade only when your team or research library outgrows it. One honest caveat: abandoned free workspaces are cleaned up. If no one in your organization signs in for about three months, we email the owner and admins a warning, and the organization is permanently deleted after 100 days of inactivity unless someone simply signs in again. Paid plans are never deleted for inactivity.

A couple of minutes. Sign up with your Google or Microsoft work account (or plain email), name your organization, and you're on a canvas — nothing to install, no sales call, no card. The opportunity-tree structure is built in and whiteboards start from templates, so you're never staring at a blank page.

One credit covers roughly 6 minutes of recording: speaker-aware transcription, summary, themes, highlights and suggested evidence links included. Asking questions across your research draws from the same pool based on how much material the answer reads — a typical question costs a fraction of a credit, capped at 2. Every plan refills monthly, and paid plans can buy extra credits when a heavy interview week burns through the pool.

Only members of your organization, and only in the projects they have access to. Recordings are never public — media is served through short-lived signed links. To show work to someone outside, you create an explicit share link, optionally password-protected, and can turn it off at any time.

Every plan supports signing in with Google and Microsoft work accounts (Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure AD) — no separate password needed. An admin can also register your company's email domain in Settings; anyone who then signs in with a verified email on that domain can join your organization in one click, no invitation required. Full SAML single sign-on for enterprise identity providers (Okta, custom Entra ID setups) isn't self-serve yet — if your security team requires it, talk to us about the Business plan.
